Terms and Conditions for Weekly Shuffle Contest

The following terms and conditions apply to the Weekly Shuffle and all persons entering the Weekly Shuffle and / or any other contests on this website agree by so doing to the terms and condition herein. 

All contests and awards on this site are the property of and are managed by AquaVic Water Solutions Inc, which is solely responsible for the content and performance. Each Ticket to Play expires 60 days after the date on which it is awarded. Only one account per person is permitted. No person may sponsor himself/ herself or register more than one Player Account using different names or email addresses. No player may play more than one entry in a given Weekly Shuffle. No player may have more than 7 Tickets to Play in his or her account.  In the event of a draw the name of the winner will be drawn at random from the list of the top-scoring players. To receive prize money a player must use a valid eTransfer account. We do our best to maintain operation of the Weekly Shuffle but give no assurance that the Weekly Shuffle will continue  or that any person will have the opportunity to use all the Tickets to Play in their account. We are in the Beta stage of testing and all terms and conditions may be changed without notice at the sole discretion of Water and Wildfire.
